At Kongsvinger Orthodondics we offer a variety of treatments that are designed for different age groups, including adults.

We utilize the latest othodontic techniques and technology to ensure that you receive the most effective treatment possible.
Modern equipment
Our clinic is equipped with a modern X-ray room where we take panoramic radiographs (OPG), radiographs of the skull (CEPH) and intraoral radiographs. We are also using the newest iTero 3D scanner for intraoral scanning.

Ronny Fors
Dentist/Orthodontic specialist
Orthodontist Ronny Fors is a qualified dentist and specialist in orthodontics from Umeå University (Faculty of Dentistry) in Sweden.
He also holds a PhD from the Faculty of Medicine at Umeå University.
Ronny has, throughout his career, combined clinical practice with a strong academic presence.
He was an external co-author for the orthodontic section of Sweden’s National Guidelines for Adult Dental Care, published by the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare – a nationally recognized reference used to ensure quality in dental services.
He has extensive experience in research, teaching, and supervision within specialist orthodontic education.
In addition, he has served as an examiner in specialist training programs.
Ronny has worked in both the public and private sectors in Norway and Sweden, giving him a broad perspective on orthodontic treatment across different healthcare systems.
This experience allows him to provide patients of all ages with high-quality, personalized orthodontic care tailored to their individual needs.

Filipa Lopes
Orthodontist
Orthodontist Filipa Lopes has a solid professional background, with a dental degree from Portugal and specialization in orthodontics from Sweden.
She is known for her precise and thorough approach to each patient and always goes the extra mile to deliver results of the highest quality.
Filipa has worked in public dental care in Sweden for 12 years and in private practices in both Portugal and Norway. In addition, she has taught other dentists and dental hygienists in orthodontics – a testament to her deep expertise and commitment to the field. With her international experience and language skills – she speaks Swedish, English, Spanish, and Portuguese –
she creates an inclusive atmosphere where patients feel safe and well cared for.
Filipa has broad experience treating both children and adults, but is especially passionate about working with younger patients.
She combines warmth and compassion with an uncompromising focus on clinical excellence.
She also presents research at international conferences, reflecting her ongoing commitment to professional development and staying up to date in her field.
